Yes! Both POITOY Classic and POITOY Orbiter comes with a cardboard hang tag that has a EAN-13 barcode and appropriate CE warnings. Additionally the Orbiter comes with a Counter Display Unit (CDU) available for retail outlets (See a photo of it in our Product Description page.

YES! All our resellers have access to our Marketing Tools web site where they can download photos, texts and videos for use in their own marketing.

To order directly from us you need to order a minimum of 12 sets of POITOY Classic or 24 sets of POITOY Orbiter.

Can You Send Me a Sample?
We do not usually send out samples. Our return policy enables you to send back the poi if you are not 100% happy with our product. We have a very detailed product description available that should enable you to get a very precise idea about the quality and functionality of POITOY.

What if I am not totally satisfied with the product?
We offer a 30 days no hassle return policy. Should you not feel satisfied with our product, you have the option of returning the full order to us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase. Shipping costs for returning goods are to be paid by the customer.

How Long Will it Take Me to Receive My Order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for deliveries in the UK and US and up to a week for mainland Europe and Canada.
We try to keep production up to speed, but sometimes we can not keep up. This means that there can be a back order. You will be informed of any back order delay when you place your order.
